目的：采用中药溻渍I号配合冷喷治疗急性湿疹270例，进行临床观察。方法：将270例患者随机分为治疗组（150例）和对照组（120例），治疗组采用中药溻渍I号湿敷于皮损处，对照组采用3%硼酸溶液湿敷于患处30min，然后均配合冷喷机对患处喷雾30min，2次/d。15d后进行临床观察。结果：治疗组疗效明显优于对照组，经x2检验，有统计学差异（P<0.05）。结论：中药溻渍I号配合冷喷治疗急性湿疹临床疗效突出，简单实用，适合临床推广。

목적：채용중약탑지I호배합랭분치료급성습진270례，진행림상관찰。방법：장270례환자수궤분위치료조（150례）화대조조（120례），치료조채용중약탑지I호습부우피손처，대조조채용3%붕산용액습부우환처30min，연후균배합랭분궤대환처분무30min，2차/d。15d후진행림상관찰。결과：치료조료효명현우우대조조，경x2검험，유통계학차이（P<0.05）。결론：중약탑지I호배합랭분치료급성습진림상료효돌출，간단실용，괄합림상추엄。
Objective:To observe clinical effects of the TCM medicine Tazi I plus the cold spray therapy on acute eczema. Methods:270 patients were randomly divided into the treatment group (150 cases) and the control group (120 cases);the treatment group was treated with the TCM medicine Tazi I;the control group was treated with 3%boric acid solution for 30min;then all the affected area were treated with cold spray therapy for 30min, 2 times per day. In 15 days, clinical efficacies in two groups were observed. Results:Clinical efficiency in the treatment group was better than that in the control group;the difference between two groups was statistically significance (P<0.05). Conclusion: The TCM medicine Tazi I plus the cold spray therapy was effective, simple and practical on acute eczema, and worthy of promotion.
