目的：探讨在颈椎病治疗中采用中西医结合疗法的临床效果。方法：从我院2012年3月-2014年3月收治的颈椎病患者中选取72例为研究对象，将其随机分为观察组36例，对照组36例，对照组行常规西医治疗，观察组行中西医结合疗法，观察两组患者的治疗效果及治疗前后疼痛症状缓解情况。结果：观察组的治疗总有效率同对照组比较，明显较高（P<0.05），两组患者治疗前的VAS评分无明显差异（P>0.05），治疗后观察组的VAS评分同对照组比较，明显较低，差异存在统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论：在颈椎病的治疗中，采用中西医结合疗法疗效确切，能有效改善临床症状，且安全性高，值得临床推广运用。
목적：탐토재경추병치료중채용중서의결합요법적림상효과。방법：종아원2012년3월-2014년3월수치적경추병환자중선취72례위연구대상，장기수궤분위관찰조36례，대조조36례，대조조행상규서의치료，관찰조행중서의결합요법，관찰량조환자적치료효과급치료전후동통증상완해정황。결과：관찰조적치료총유효솔동대조조비교，명현교고（P<0.05），량조환자치료전적VAS평분무명현차이（P>0.05），치료후관찰조적VAS평분동대조조비교，명현교저，차이존재통계학의의（P<0.05）。결론：재경추병적치료중，채용중서의결합요법료효학절，능유효개선림상증상，차안전성고，치득림상추엄운용。
Objective: To investigate clinical effects of the integrative medicine on cervical spondylosis. Methods: 72 cases of cervical spondylosis from March 2012 to March 2014 in our hospital were selected as research objects, and randomly divided into the observation group for 36 cases and the control group for 36 cases. The control group received the conventional western medicine. The observation group received the integrative medicine. After the treatment, clinical efficiency and pain relief in two groups were observed. Results:The total efficiency in the observation group was much higher than that in the control group (P<0.05). Before the treatment, VAS scores in two groups were not significantly different (P>0.05). After the treatment, VAS scores in the observation group was much lower than that in the control group;The difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion:The integrative medicine was effective on cervical spondylosis, could effectively improve the clinical symptoms, was safe and worthy of promotion.
