甲状腺功能减退症（简称甲减），常可引起消化系统、泌尿系统、血液系统等方面的疾病，尤其是在心血管系统方面。因此临床上我们应对其早发现、早诊断、早治疗，防止病情的进一步发展。但是甲减的典型表现并不多，易被误诊、误治。本文通过对我院治疗的2例甲减病例及相关文献的分析，浅析甲减与心系疾病的相关性，以提高临床大夫的认识。
甲狀腺功能減退癥（簡稱甲減），常可引起消化繫統、泌尿繫統、血液繫統等方麵的疾病，尤其是在心血管繫統方麵。因此臨床上我們應對其早髮現、早診斷、早治療，防止病情的進一步髮展。但是甲減的典型錶現併不多，易被誤診、誤治。本文通過對我院治療的2例甲減病例及相關文獻的分析，淺析甲減與心繫疾病的相關性，以提高臨床大伕的認識。
갑상선공능감퇴증（간칭갑감），상가인기소화계통、비뇨계통、혈액계통등방면적질병，우기시재심혈관계통방면。인차림상상아문응대기조발현、조진단、조치료，방지병정적진일보발전。단시갑감적전형표현병불다，역피오진、오치。본문통과대아원치료적2례갑감병례급상관문헌적분석，천석갑감여심계질병적상관성，이제고림상대부적인식。
The disease of digestive system, urinary system, blood system and others, especially in the cardiovascular system were often caused by hypothyroidism. In order to prevent the further development, hypothyroidism should be found, diagnosed and treated. With few typical performances, misdiagnosis and mistreatment would often happen. In the paper, 2 cases of hypothyroidism and related documents were analyzed, in order to understand correlation of hypothyroidism and heart disease and pay more attention.
