目的：观察桃核承气汤加减治疗骨盆骨折后早期便秘腹胀的临床疗效。方法：对57例骨盆骨折后早期便秘腹胀患者行桃核承气汤内服治疗，观察患者腹胀、排气、排便情况。结果：36例服药6～8h内排气排便，15例服药24h内排便排气，4例服药2剂后排便排气，2例服用2剂后未排便，结合清洁灌肠后排便，优良率达89.5%。结论：桃核承气汤加减治疗骨盆骨折后早期便秘、腹胀起效快，无毒副作用，安全可靠。

목적：관찰도핵승기탕가감치료골분골절후조기편비복창적림상료효。방법：대57례골분골절후조기편비복창환자행도핵승기탕내복치료，관찰환자복창、배기、배편정황。결과：36례복약6～8h내배기배편，15례복약24h내배편배기，4례복약2제후배편배기，2례복용2제후미배편，결합청길관장후배편，우량솔체89.5%。결론：도핵승기탕가감치료골분골절후조기편비、복창기효쾌，무독부작용，안전가고。
Objective:To observe clinical efficacy of the Taohe Chengqi decoction on early ventosity constipation following pelvic fracture. Methods:57 cases were given the Taohe Chengqi decoction, to observed ventosity, exhausting, defecation. Results: 36 patients exhausted and defecate within 6 to 8 hours of medicine; 15 patients defecated and exhausted within 24 hours of medicine; 4 patients exhausted after taking two decoctions; 2 cases did not defecate after taking two decoctions, and defecated after cleansing enema. The excellence efficiency was 89.5%. Conclusion: Treating early bloating constipation following pelvic fracture with the Taohe Chengqi decoction could gain good effects, with few adverse reactions and more safety.
