设计了一种由工控机为上位机,51系列单片机为下位机组成的自整角机/旋转变压器故障检测系统.上位机通过RS232接口和CAN总线直接输出命令并读取数据,下位机可以完成自整角机/旋转变压器轴角信号的模拟,并同时采集自整角机/旋转变压器的反馈信号.该系统结构简单,易于扩展,满足测量精度,而且提高了系统的可靠性.

The design of a machine for the upper computer,the 51 series single-chip microcomputer as the lower machine to form a self - tuning machine/ rotating transformer fault detection system.PC through the RS232 interface and CAN bus directly to the output of the command and read the data, the lower computer can complete since the whole angle machine / resolver signal simulation and simultaneous acquisition since synchro / resolver feedback signal.The system is simple in structure,easy to expand,and can meet the accuracy of measurement,and it can improve the reliability of the system.
