目的：对比CT和MR在髋关节结核中的诊断价值。方法：对比1例经临床和病理证实的髋关节结核病例的CT表现及MR表现，对其影像学价值作出有效分析。结果：CT属于X线显影，对骨质结构的改变可以做到一目了然，但对关节囊、关节软骨、滑膜以及周围软组织的分辨率远远不及利用单核质子自旋现象成像的MRI，无法对早期髋关节结核作出有效特异的影像学诊断。结论：MR 可以较早发现股骨头变形，运用 T2STIR 能够更早发现髋关节滑膜水肿、关节腔积液和周围髂腰肌及闭孔外肌寒性脓肿。MR是诊断骨关节结核的重要影像学手段。
목적：대비CT화MR재관관절결핵중적진단개치。방법：대비1례경림상화병리증실적관관절결핵병례적CT표현급MR표현，대기영상학개치작출유효분석。결과：CT속우X선현영，대골질결구적개변가이주도일목료연，단대관절낭、관절연골、활막이급주위연조직적분변솔원원불급이용단핵질자자선현상성상적MRI，무법대조기관관절결핵작출유효특이적영상학진단。결론：MR 가이교조발현고골두변형，운용 T2STIR 능구경조발현관관절활막수종、관절강적액화주위가요기급폐공외기한성농종。MR시진단골관절결핵적중요영상학수단。
Objective:To compare the diagnostic value of CT and MR of the hip tuberculosis. Methods:Clinic and pathology of the CT and MR manifestations of one case hip tuberculosis were compared and confirmed, and the effectiveness of the imaging were analyzed. Results:CT, which is the image form of X ray, makes sure the structure change of bones. But joint capsule, cartilage, synovial and soft tissue is confused. So CT cannot make an effective distinctive imaging diagnosis of hip tuberculosis in early stage. Conclusion:MR can not only detect the deformation of earlier femoral head, but also by T2STIR make an early discovery of hip synovial edema, fluid in the joint cavity and cold abscess of iliopsoas as well as obturator muscle. In addition, MR is an important method to diagnose the bone and joint tuberculosis.
