利用微波快速加热的特点,以乙醇作为提取溶剂,从中药材何首乌中提取蒽醌,以1,8-二羟基蒽醌为对照品,分光光度法测定了蒽醌含量.以蒽醌含量为考察指标,讨论提取料液比、提取功率、提取时间等因素对提取结果的影响.通过正交试验,对提取条件进行优化,得到微波提取的最佳工艺条件,即料液比为1:20 g/mL提取功率为440 W,提取时间为7 min.与传统的加热回流法对照,经F-检验法及t-检验法检验,测定结果没有显著性差异.实验表明,该法操作简便,大大缩短了提取时间,节约了人力、物力,提取效果令人满意,对何首乌中蒽醌的开发利用提供了借鉴.

The use rapid heating of the characteristics of microwave irradiation,used ethanol to extract anthraquinone from hinese medicine polygonum multiflorum thunb,1,8-dihydroxy anthraquinone as a reference substance,used spectrophotometry to extract the anthraquinone content was determined.Total anthraquinone content in polygonum multiflorum thunb as the indicators for the inspection to discuss the extraction of material than,from power,extraction time on the effects of anthraquinone extracted.By orthogonal experimental of the anthraquinone content in polygonum multiflorum thunb in the extraction conditions to optimize the design,by microwave extraction anthraquinone in the optimum conditions for A2B2C2,that is to feed than 1:20 g/mL,to extract power 440 W,from time to 7 min.Contrasting with the traditional water bath extraction,and using F-test and t-test to check up the result,no significant difference was observed.The experiments show that the method is simple,greatly reducing the extraction time,saving a human,material and satisfactory results in the future polygonum multiflorum thunb the development and utilization for reference.
