利用研究生教育和科研资源提升本科生人才培养质量已成为国际高等教育发展的共同认识。借鉴研究生导师制培养模式,在本科生阶段实行导师制负责制,是提高本科生教育质量的有效措施之一。本文就导师制、本科生与研究生教育有机结合在提高本科生教育质量作用及其应注意的问题等方面进行了阐述。

That the educational and scientific research resources can be adopted to enhance the quality of un-dergraduate cultivation is a consensus in international higher education. One of the ways is to apply the supervisory model developed for postgraduates to undergraduates. The current paper aims to elaborate the effects of the su-pervisory model and the combination of postgraduate and undergraduate education on the quality of undergraduate cultivation, as well as the problems to be aware of in the process.
