以国内外现有外语需求分析模型为雏形,融入教师专业发展的核心要素,从个人需求和社会需求两方面提出了职前小学英语教师专业发展需求分析的理论模型,其中个人需求包括学习者个体差异、专业情意需求、专业知识需求以及专业能力需求这四个维度,社会需求包括自我评价与需求、任教者和管理者对其专业发展的评价以及教师教育对社会需求的适用度。该模型的构建有助于教学大纲的设计与实施以及职前小学英语教师的培养。
以國內外現有外語需求分析模型為雛形,融入教師專業髮展的覈心要素,從箇人需求和社會需求兩方麵提齣瞭職前小學英語教師專業髮展需求分析的理論模型,其中箇人需求包括學習者箇體差異、專業情意需求、專業知識需求以及專業能力需求這四箇維度,社會需求包括自我評價與需求、任教者和管理者對其專業髮展的評價以及教師教育對社會需求的適用度。該模型的構建有助于教學大綱的設計與實施以及職前小學英語教師的培養。

Based on the previous models, integrating with the corefactors of teachers’ professional development, the study constructed the theoretical framework of the needs analysis model for pre-service primary English teachers’ professional development from the two angle so find ividual needs and social needs. The former include the four scales of individual differences, needs of profession sensibility, professional knowledge and professional competence; and the latter cover the self-evaluation and demands of the in-service primary English teachers’ professional development, the assessment of professional development by the pre-service teachers ’teachers and directors, and the social needs adaptability of the pre-service teachers’ education. This model ishelpful for the syllabus design and implementation and the training of the pre-service teachers.
