要提升职教办学水平，就必须整合铜仁职业教育资源，发挥好本科对高职高专及中职的带动作用，构建中-高-本零距离衔接的大职教体系，其对策主要有：以本科院校为龙头，形成中-高-本贯通的职业技术教育集团学校；激活行业企业的参与度，把集团化办学从学校联盟向校企联合体转型，健全职业教育整体发展的体系，促进职业教育良性发展。
요제승직교판학수평，취필수정합동인직업교육자원，발휘호본과대고직고전급중직적대동작용，구건중-고-본령거리함접적대직교체계，기대책주요유：이본과원교위룡두，형성중-고-본관통적직업기술교육집단학교；격활행업기업적삼여도，파집단화판학종학교련맹향교기연합체전형，건전직업교육정체발전적체계，촉진직업교육량성발전。
Tongren is a typical agricultural area in Guizhou Province. The government pays high attention to vocational education, so the reis aqualified university, two vocational colleges (including one national key vocational colleges), and fourteen vocational schools in Tongren, which has trained large number of talents for local economic development. This paper discussed how to integrate Tongren vocational education resources, and how the university was the guide for vocational colleges and vocational schools. Therefore, it put forward in the building the zero distance connection of vocational schools, vocational colleges and universities in Tongren vocational education.
