在新的时代背景下，自觉践行和弘扬社会主义核心价值观是青年大学生提升自身道德修养及综合技能的重要途径和有效保障。文章从完善高校人才队伍建设、多渠道多形式开展核心价值观学习、重视家庭教育及传统文化熏陶四个方面探讨了高校如何加强社会主义核心价值观的建设。

Under the background of new era, the conscious practice and promotion of the socialist core values is an important approach and effective guarantee for the young college students to improve their moral qualities and comprehensive skills. This paper, from four aspects which are perfecting the construction of talent team, learning the core values by means of multi channels and forms, attaching importance to the family education and edification of traditional culture, has a probe on how universities strengthen the construction of socialist core values.
