在当今全球区域经济一体化，尤其是在我国“一带一路”重大战略部署的背景下，黑龙江省作为国家“一带一路”中蒙俄经济走廊的重要组成部分，现有的单纯专业外语人才已无法满足社会经济发展对外语人才的实际需求，制定和实行高素质、复合型外语人才的培养机制显得尤为必要。本文分析了“一带一路”背景下对外语人才的需求，同时结合当前形势和龙江人才培养的实际，提出复合型外语人才的培养建议。

In current regional economic integration, especially under the background of the our country "One Belt and One Road" strategic disposition, Heilongjiang Province exists as an important part of the country "One Belt and One Road" in Mongolia and Russia economic corridor and existing professional foreign language talents has been un-able to meet the actual demand of social and economic development, formulation and implementation of the high quality and the inter-disciplinary foreign language talents training mechanism is particularly crucial. This paper ana-lyzes the demand of foreign language talents in the background of "One Belt and One Road" and puts forward sug-gestions about the cultivation of inter-disciplinary foreign language talents based on the current situation and person-nel training in Heilongjiang.
