以材料成型及控制工程专业为例,分析了工科类专业实践创新能力培养现状,以导师工作室、帮扶计划、国家级教学示范中心为依托,基于学科竞赛,结合专业特点和培养目标,构建了集课程设计、创新性实验项目及人格养成等为基础的“多位一体”的实践创新能力培养模式。实施结果表明,以培养学生创新实践能力为目标的多位一体的实践教学改革探索,取得了较好的成绩,为实践教学改革提供了参考建议。

The teaching of Practice system is very important to improve the practice ability and the training of innovating thinking. In this paper, the present situation and existing problem about training the practice innovation a-bility of Students in engineering majors is analyzed, By relying on tutor's workshop, support plan and the national-level experimental teaching demonstration center, based on Subject Contests, specialty characteristics and training tar-get, makes an connection between student curriculum design, national innovation experiment, culture one's personality and practice teaching reform, a new multi-training practice teaching system is put forward and constructed to improve the quality of talent cultivation. After practice, the new practice teaching system is more beneficial to the cultivation of innovation conscious and practical engineering capacity for the students, and it should be popularized in any other universities and colleges.
