采用铬天青S法测定红薯粉条中铝的含量,从溶液酸背景、显色时间等方面研究了实验的最佳条件。结果表明,酸背景不影响样品溶液中铝含量测定;显色溶液的吸光度随时间的延长而增大,当反应时间达到2 h时,吸光度值达到最大,2 h后随着时间延长,吸光度有减小趋势;回归方程A=0.0516+0.132m,R=0.99875。抽查市场上销售的五份粉条样品铝含量测定结果中,两份样品铝含量超标。实际样品测定的回收率为91.97%~93.22%。该方法线性相关性较好,方便快捷,准确性高,适合实际样品的大批量分析。

This article focuses on the determination of aluminium in sweet potato vermicelli by chrome azurol S method,and Study on the optimal experimental conditions from chromogenic time,acid background. The results show that acid background does not affect the determination of aluminum content in the sample solution;The absorbance of the colored solution increased with the time,when the reaction time was 2 h,the value reached the highest,with the time prolonged,the absorbance decrease. the regression equation was A=0.0516+0.1323m,R=0.99875. Determination of aluminum content of five vermicelli sample sales spot checks on the market results,two samples of aluminium content exceed the standard.The actual sample recovery rate was 91.97%~93.22%.This method is a good linear correlation,convenient,accurate,and suitable for mass sample analysis.
