通过对农村转岗培训教师的调查,依据幼儿园教师“国培计划”相关政策文件,反思参训教师筛选、培训目的、培训形式、培训成效评估等现实问题,由此诊断培训项目存在参训成员构成复杂、政策指向作用弱、评价手段问题,建议承训高校积极探索培训内容、培训形式、建构立体化评价体系等。

Through the investigation of the rural teacher training, and according to the relevant policy documents-kindergarten teachers' "national training plan", reflecting training teachers, training objective, training effectiveness evaluation and other practical problems, a series of problems have been shown, such as: the constitution of the training teachers is complex, the power of the policy is weak, and the way of evaluation is unitary. Thus, there are some suggestions for training colleges and universities to actively explore the training content, training form, and establish a three-dimensional evaluation system.
