Advantages of system is the core competitiveness in private colleges and the key to the competition in colleges. After analyzing the management level in private colleges, we find that the value chain is a chain with six elements. And the path of value chain is formed with the help of Bézier curve. What's more, the diamond-model with various elements is constructed including superior sciences and special majors, the management system of modern universities, the brand value of iterative update and advantages of location and price.
