实践教学是当前高职院校发展的重要出发点，在具体的工作过程中必须提升学生的实践操作能力，并结合当前院校的相关规章制度，探究切实可行的教学管理措施。近些年来随着我国高等教育机制的不断发展，要重视精英教育和大众教育的共同发展。由于高职院校当前发展形势比较严峻，为了提升其整体发展强度，必须以现有的教学模式为出发点，对教学体系进行创新，达到促进教学体系可持续发展的目的。但是高职院校在整体发展过程中受到某些因素的影响，如果不对其进行适当的创新，则会对教学质量造成影响。本文将以当前在高职院校实践教学的重要性和管理难点为研究点，对如何强化管理进行详细的分析。
