校院两级管理体制的良性运转有利于学校工作的顺利开展。在校院两级管理中，由于办学自主权的运用不到位，各职能部门关系处理不合理，导致校院两级管理工作存在一系列困境。学校应从自身实际出发，转变管理职能，增强服务意识，加强团队合作，协调好内外关系，创新院校两级管理工作。

The two levels of management system of school is good for the smooth development of school work.
