College graduates quality represents the education quality and training level of colleges, on the base of the analysis of the present situation of graduate quality, establish the quality evaluation index system of college grad-uates by combining with industrial engineering properties and recruitment standards, selecting the appropriate evalua-tion method, and choosing suitable indicators according to the influencing factors. The evaluation index system can objectively evaluate the quality of the graduates, and provide reasonable basis for subsequent construction of industrial engineering major education in colleges, and to further deepen the teaching reform and provide theoretical basis for cultivating the industrial engineering talents.
