目的：观察正畸联合种植治疗先天性缺失牙患者的疗效。方法选取我院2013年6月～2015年2月收治的先天性缺失牙患者68例，将其随机分对照组与治疗组，各34例。对照组患者单用种植进行治疗。治疗组患者在对照组的基础上加用正畸进行对比治疗。结果治疗组总有效率为32例（94.12%），高于对照组的24例（70.59%），差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论正畸联合种植能够对先天性缺失牙患者的临床症状进行有效缓解，提升其语音效果以及咀嚼功能，值得临床推广与应用。

목적：관찰정기연합충식치료선천성결실아환자적료효。방법선취아원2013년6월～2015년2월수치적선천성결실아환자68례，장기수궤분대조조여치료조，각34례。대조조환자단용충식진행치료。치료조환자재대조조적기출상가용정기진행대비치료。결과치료조총유효솔위32례（94.12%），고우대조조적24례（70.59%），차이유통계학의의（P＜0.05）。결론정기연합충식능구대선천성결실아환자적림상증상진행유효완해，제승기어음효과이급저작공능，치득림상추엄여응용。
ObjectiveTo explore the abnormal joint cultivation can effective treatment in patients with congenital absence of teeth.MethodsSelection of our hospital, a total of 68 patients with congenital absence of teeth, select fi xed number of year in June 2013 to February 2015, through the draw randomly divide 68 patients into two groups, each group of 34 people. Treatment of one group of patients, with planting, called the control group. Another group of patients in the control group on the basis of comparing with orthodontic treatment.ResultsThe curative effect of the treatment group patients with congenital absence of teeth the total effective rate was 32(94.12%), 24(70.59%) higher than the control group patients, the data gap there is statistical significance (P<0.05).Conclusions Orthodontic joint cultivation can effectively to relieve the clinical symptoms in patients with congenital absence of teeth, raise its voice effects and mastication function, to recommend a wide range of applications.
