目的：探讨后牙专用纳米树脂（3MP60）与银汞充填术的疗效。方法选取2012年1月～2014年1月我院收治的牙面龋坏患者120例为研究对象，随机分为治疗组和对照组，各60例。治疗组采用P60后牙树脂，对照组采用银汞填充术。两年后评价两组患者后牙修复效果并比较。结果治疗组患者治疗边缘密合性合格率明显高于对照组患者，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。治疗组在填充体密合性上合格率大于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论纳米树脂（3MP60）能有效修复牙齿龋坏，疗效比银汞充填术好，值得在临床上大力推广。
목적：탐토후아전용납미수지（3MP60）여은홍충전술적료효。방법선취2012년1월～2014년1월아원수치적아면우배환자120례위연구대상，수궤분위치료조화대조조，각60례。치료조채용P60후아수지，대조조채용은홍전충술。량년후평개량조환자후아수복효과병비교。결과치료조환자치료변연밀합성합격솔명현고우대조조환자，차이유통계학의의（P＜0.05）。치료조재전충체밀합성상합격솔대우대조조，차이유통계학의의（P＜0.05）。결론납미수지（3MP60）능유효수복아치우배，료효비은홍충전술호，치득재림상상대력추엄。
Objective Discuss special nanometer resin (3 MP60) of posterior teeth and amalgam filling treatment effect.Methods Choose from January 2012 to January 2014 in our hospital treatment of patients with dental caries bad 120 study, Were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, treatment group after 60 people adopt P60 tooth resin, control group 60 people adopt amalgam fi lling. On two groups of patients with clinical assessment tooth repair effect after 2 years later, to compare the comparison of two groups of therapeutic effect. Results The treatment group patients in treatment of edge and the percent of pass is signifi cantly higher than the control group patients, treatment effect between groups was statistically signifi cant, (P<0.05). Treatment group on the fi lling body and sexual qualifi ed rate is greater than the control group, there were signifi cant differences between the two groups(P<0.05), with statistical signifi cance.Conclusion Nano resin (3 MP60) can effectively repair tooth decay, treatment effect is better than silver mercury plombage, is worth promoting in clinic.
