Studying the effect of buckwheat tea on aging mice liver tissue related enzymes. Studying the molding aging mice liver tissue related enzymes through animal experimental method . Low , medium and high dose of the buckwheat tea groups of mice liver tissue SOD content was higher than that of aging mice model group , lower than the normal control group. And the Low, medium and high dose of the buckwheat tea groups of mice liver tissue MDA content was higher than that of aging mice model group , lower than the normal control group. Buckwheat tea can effectively reduce the damage to the aging mice liver tissue SOD and MDA.
