随着我国高等教育的快速发展，教育国际化规模逐步扩大，越来越多的外籍教师被引进入到我国的教育事业中来。如何聘请高素质的外籍教师，如何加强外教管理成为当今高校必须面对的问题。本文通过分析高校外籍教师聘请及管理现状，查找当前存在的主要问题，有针对性地提出提高外籍教师聘请质量、提升管理效率。

Along with the rapid development of higher education in China,the scale of the internationalization of education is gradually expanded,more and more foreign teachers are being introduced into the educational business in our country. Nowadays,how to employ high-quality foreign teachers and how to strengthen the management of for-eign teachers are being the significant problems for colleges and universities. This paper analyzes the status quo of foreign teachers' employing and management in colleges and universities,finds out the main problems existing in the current situation,and puts forward some countermeasures to improve the quality and management efficiency of foreign teachers.
