CDIO是较为成功的工程教育模式,构思、设计、实现、运作四个模块的教学设计,可引入到《餐饮管理》实践教学。通过设计新的教学方式,提升课程教学效果,提升学生服务技能与管理技能,培养学生团队合作等综合素质,同时从指导教师队伍建设、课程间有效衔接等方面进行实施新的尝试,从而探索文科类课程应用工程教育理念的人才培养新思路。

CDIO시교위성공적공정교육모식,구사、설계、실현、운작사개모괴적교학설계,가인입도《찬음관리》실천교학。통과설계신적교학방식,제승과정교학효과,제승학생복무기능여관리기능,배양학생단대합작등종합소질,동시종지도교사대오건설、과정간유효함접등방면진행실시신적상시,종이탐색문과류과정응용공정교육이념적인재배양신사로。
CDIO has been deemed successful engineering education model. The teaching design scheme including Conceive, Design, Implement, and Operate can be used in practical teaching of restaurant management. When CDIO model used in restaurant management teaching, the teaching effect would be improved. Of course, the students' basic service skills, management skills, and team-work abilities will be improved too. Meanwhile, we try to take a new teaching group building and link-up in courses and explore the way of student cultivation.
