As fire fighting and rescue mission grow more arduous, fire commanders are demanded to have more professional skills and higher commanding and management abilities. The training of military personnel in the Fire A-cademy is based on the cultivation of vocational skills, which belongs to the category of vocational education, so that practice and training teaching is an important part to reach training objectives. This paper mainly discusses the ob-jecitives and the principles of practical teaching, as well as how to construct practical teaching system.
