基于组织文化视角探讨了不同领导风格与创新方式之间的匹配关系。对182家高科技企业进行了实证研究,结果发现:变革型领导风格对突变创新有明显的正向影响,交易型领导风格会对渐进创新活动产生明显的正向影响,变革型领导风格和突变创新的正向关系在高集体主义氛围下被减弱,而交易型领导风格和渐进创新之间的正向关系在高集体主义氛围下被加强。

This paper advances prior theoretical research by linking transformational and transactional behaviors of strategic leaders to radical and incremental innovation in different culture. The empirical results reveal that: transformational leadership will have a positive relationship with radical innovation;transactional leadership will have a positive relationship with incremental innovation; transformational leadership is weakly associated with radical innovation in highly collectivist culture;transactional leadership is more strongly associated with incremental innovation in highly collectivist culture.
