目的：分析预制临时桩冠正畸牵引术治疗前牙龈下根折的可行性及效果。方法选取2012年10月～2014年11月本院收治的前牙龈下根折患者23例（患牙27颗）作为研究对象，采用预置临时桩冠正畸牵引术治疗，观察患牙治疗前后牙龈形态和牙根稳定性，借助于X线对牙周膜健康情况进行分析。结果经预置临时桩冠正畸牵引术的治疗，23例患者根折断面可安全到达龈缘平齐处，随访期间未复发。结论采用预置临时桩冠正畸牵引术治疗前牙龈下根折，有利于龈下根折的前牙恢复到正常标准，疗效显著，可行性强。
目的：分析預製臨時樁冠正畸牽引術治療前牙齦下根摺的可行性及效果。方法選取2012年10月～2014年11月本院收治的前牙齦下根摺患者23例（患牙27顆）作為研究對象，採用預置臨時樁冠正畸牽引術治療，觀察患牙治療前後牙齦形態和牙根穩定性，藉助于X線對牙週膜健康情況進行分析。結果經預置臨時樁冠正畸牽引術的治療，23例患者根摺斷麵可安全到達齦緣平齊處，隨訪期間未複髮。結論採用預置臨時樁冠正畸牽引術治療前牙齦下根摺，有利于齦下根摺的前牙恢複到正常標準，療效顯著，可行性彊。
목적：분석예제림시장관정기견인술치료전아간하근절적가행성급효과。방법선취2012년10월～2014년11월본원수치적전아간하근절환자23례（환아27과）작위연구대상，채용예치림시장관정기견인술치료，관찰환아치료전후아간형태화아근은정성，차조우X선대아주막건강정황진행분석。결과경예치림시장관정기견인술적치료，23례환자근절단면가안전도체간연평제처，수방기간미복발。결론채용예치림시장관정기견인술치료전아간하근절，유리우간하근절적전아회복도정상표준，료효현저，가행성강。
