目的 观察垂体腺瘤组织环指蛋白1(RING1)的表达及其与垂体腺瘤KNOSP分级的关系.方法 收集南方医科大学南方医院神经外科自2011年1月至2013年12月手术切除并经病理证实的人脑垂体腺瘤组织标本60例,其中KNOSP分级Ⅰ~Ⅱ级17例,Ⅲ~Ⅳ级43例.免疫组化染色检测垂体腺瘤组织RING1、细胞核增殖相关抗原(Ki-67)的表达.结果 与Ⅰ~Ⅱ级组比较,Ⅲ~Ⅳ级组垂体腺瘤标本中RING1、Ki-67阳性细胞数和阳性率均较高,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05).不同性别、年龄、功能分型垂体腺瘤患者标本RING1的表达强度比较差异无统计学意义(P<0.05);与KNOSP分级Ⅰ~Ⅱ级垂体腺瘤(47.1%)比较,Ⅲ~Ⅳ级垂体腺瘤标本中RING1高表达率(76.7%)较高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 垂体腺瘤RING1的表达与KNOSP分级有关,可能是垂体腺瘤防治的新靶点.

Objective To study ring finger protein 1 (RING1) gene expression in pituitary adenomas and its association with KNOSP grading.Methods Sixty human hypophysis cerebri adenoma tissue specimens,accepted surgery and conformed by pathology in our hospital from January 2011 and December 2013,were chosen in our study;KNOSP grade Ⅰ-Ⅱ was noted 17 specimens and KNOSP grade Ⅲ-Ⅳ was noted in 43 specimens.Immunohistochemical staining was employed to detect the expressions of RING1 and Ki-67 in pituitary adenomas.Results Specimens from KNOSP grade Ⅲ-Ⅳ had significantly larger numbers of RING1 and Ki-67 positive cells than those from KNOSP grade Ⅰ-Ⅱ (P<0.05).Pituitary adenoma specimens from different gender,age and functional classifications showed no significant difference in the RING1 expression (P>0.05);RING1 expression percentage in specimens from KNOSP grade Ⅲ-Ⅳ (76.7%) was significantly higher than that in those from grade Ⅰ-Ⅱ (47.1%,P<0.05).Conclusion RING1 expression is positively correlated with KNOSP grading,and deeper study about RING1 could help to find new treatment target of pituitary adenoma.
