对美姑河流域柳洪、坪头水电站联合调度运行的各种影响因素以及日常联合运行方式进行了分析,提出了柳洪和坪头这种类型梯级电站,在四川省电网相应规则下,其应遵循的负荷运行区间、发电调度原则、不同时期的运行方式等。为美姑河流域柳洪、坪头水电站的安全、经济运行提供了一定的指导意见和可行方案,对同类型流域梯级水电站的联合调度运行和前期规划具有一定的借鉴意义。

Both influencing factors and routine combined operation modes of the combined dispatching operation of Liuhong and Pingtou Hy-dropower Stations in Meigu River catchment are analyzed.The load operation range, dispatching principles and the operation modes, which shall be followed in the corresponding rules of the Sichuan power grid, in different periods of such cascade hydropower stations as Liuhong and Pingtou Hydropower Stations are proposed.They provide not only the safety and economic operation of Liuhong and Pingtou Hydropower Stations in the Meigu River catchment with guidance and feasible scheme but also the combined dispatching operation and planning of the cas-cade hydropower stations in the similar catchment with reference.
