针对总承包（EPC）风电项目可能存在的风险，提出了基于模糊综合评价理论的风险评价方法。在总结分析 EPC 风电项目各风险因素的基础上，结合案例分析将模糊综合评价法运用到风险评价研究中，根据模糊隶属度理论把定性评价转化为定量评价，从而实现对 EPC 风电项目的风险进行量化评价，对加强风险防范和控制具有一定指导意义。

The risk assessment method based on the fuzzy comprehensive assessment theory is proposed aiming at potential risks in wind ener-gy projects developed in EPC mode.Based on summary and analysis on potential risks in such wind project, the fuzzy comprehensive assess-ment method is applied in the risk assessment in combination with the case analysis.According to the fuzzy membership degree theory, the qualitative assessment is turned into quantitative assessment so that the risks of such wind energy projects could be assessed in term of quanti-tative assessment.It guides to strengthen the risk control and prevention.
