企业投资决策是现代企业财务管理的核心，关乎企业目标的实现。为促进企业新能源项目投资决策的科学化及合理化，文章结合工作实践，提出了进一步完善企业投资决策的思路及建议，以期能为企业新能源项目投资决策提供有益参考，并引发对其更深入和全面的研究。文章亮点在于通过整理74个风电项目资料，运用回归分析方法得到财务效益指标与影响因素间的多元线性回归方程，经检验，方程准确度较高，可用于投资决策实践。

The investment decision-making is the core of financial management of modern enterprises.It defines the realization of the enter-prise objective.To have the investment decision-making of new energy project of enterprises scientific and reasonable as well as in combina-tion of practice, concepts and comments to further improve the decision-making on the new energy project investment are raised to provide the decision-making on the new energy project investment with reference.Meanwhile, deep and full study on the subject is triggered. Through analysis on the data of 74 wind energy projects and by application of regression analysis method, the multiple factor linear regression equation between the financial benefit indicators and influencing factors is concluded.It is approved by practice that the equation is with high precision and can be applied for decision making on investment.
