本文以我国正在如火如荼开展的“智慧城市”建设为背景，结合惠州广电网络的自身优势和特点，发挥特长，提出了惠州广电网络适合参与“智慧惠州”城市建设的各项业务构思，并以各地建设实例进行了简要阐述，供广电网络同行借鉴参考。

This article is aimed at the background of building“Smart City”in full swing in China. Consider-ing the advantages and characteristics of Huizhou Broadcast and TV Network and to give full play to its strength, the article puts forward some business ideas which are suitable for Huizhou Broadcast and TV Network to participate in the construction of“Smart Huizhou”. Additionally, it briefly expounds some construction examples of other cities to provide references to the other broadcast and TV networks.
