文化的交流始于词汇，而汉语文化负载词便是带有鲜明的中国文化印记的词汇。由于翻译与文化传播之间的密切联系，翻译汉语文化负载词时的策略选择和方法取舍会对中国文化的国际传播产生重大影响。文章认为使用音译法和直译法等异化方法在某种程度上更有利于中国文化走向世界。

Cultural exchanges begin with vocabulary and Chinese culture-loaded words refer to the vocabulary characterized by distinctive Chinese culture. Due to the close connection between translation and cross-cultural communication, the choice translation strategy in translating Chinese culture-loaded words will have a great influence on the international communication of Chinese culture. The paper holds that foreignization methods such as transliteration and literal translation are more favorable to cross-cultural communication of Chinese culture to some degree.
