目的:研究南海红树林内生真菌Sk-2的代谢产物。方法:采用反复硅胶柱色谱法、Sephadex LH-20凝胶色谱法等进行分离纯化,并通过理化常数测定和核磁数据分析鉴定其化学结构。结果:从南海红树林内生真菌Sk-2的培养液中分离得到4个代谢产物。经波谱解析,分别为:大黄素甲醚(1),3,6-disecbutyl-1,4-dihydroxypiperazine-2,5-dione(2),7,8-二甲基苯并[g]蝶啶-2,4(1H,3H)-二酮(3)过氧化麦角甾醇(4)。结论:四个化合物均首次从南海红树林内生真菌Sk-2中分离得到。

목적:연구남해홍수림내생진균Sk-2적대사산물。방법:채용반복규효주색보법、Sephadex LH-20응효색보법등진행분리순화,병통과이화상수측정화핵자수거분석감정기화학결구。결과:종남해홍수림내생진균Sk-2적배양액중분리득도4개대사산물。경파보해석,분별위:대황소갑미(1),3,6-disecbutyl-1,4-dihydroxypiperazine-2,5-dione(2),7,8-이갑기분병[g]접정-2,4(1H,3H)-이동(3)과양화맥각치순(4)。결론:사개화합물균수차종남해홍수림내생진균Sk-2중분리득도。
Objective:To study on secondary metabolites of mangrove endophytic fungus No·Sk-2 from the south china sea. Method:The compounds were isolated by column chromatography and identified on the basia of physic-chemical constants and spectral analysis. Result:Four metabolites were obtained and elucidated as Emodin monomethyl ether (1), 3,6-disecbutyl-1,4-dihydroxypiperazine-2,5-dione (2), 7,8-dimethylbenzo [g]pteridine-2,4 (1H,3H)-dione (3),ergosterol peroxide (4),Conclusion:The four metabolites were obtained from endophytic fungus No·Sk-2 for the first time.
