分别以亮氨酸盐、组氨酸、谷氨酸及组氨酸盐酸盐的两性解离为例，利用 Henderson-Hasselbalch方程对其不同离子形式的溶液 pH、不同离子形式的浓度或相对比例及缓冲溶液的配置进行分析，为进一步理解氨基酸盐的解离过程及相关计算提供参考。
分彆以亮氨痠鹽、組氨痠、穀氨痠及組氨痠鹽痠鹽的兩性解離為例，利用 Henderson-Hasselbalch方程對其不同離子形式的溶液 pH、不同離子形式的濃度或相對比例及緩遲溶液的配置進行分析，為進一步理解氨基痠鹽的解離過程及相關計算提供參攷。
분별이량안산염、조안산、곡안산급조안산염산염적량성해리위례，이용 Henderson-Hasselbalch방정대기불동리자형식적용액 pH、불동리자형식적농도혹상대비례급완충용액적배치진행분석，위진일보리해안기산염적해리과정급상관계산제공삼고。
Taking examples of amphoteric dissociation of leucine salt, histidine salt, glutamic acid salt, the paper analyses the ph, concentration, and relative proportion of solution of different types of icon forms, and the allocation of buffered solution with Henderson-Hasselbalch equation, providing references for further understanding of the amino acid salt sissociation process and the relevant calculation.
