尘肺病是广大矿工身体健康的潜在杀手,而我国又是尘肺病发病较严重地区,合理佩戴防尘口罩可以较有效地预防尘肺病的发生,但是,传统的自吸过滤式防尘口罩,呼吸阻率大,人员会有憋气感。针对传统防尘口罩的弊端,提出了用动力送风,并将含粉尘的矿井空气经过水洗后供给人员呼吸的设想。简述了矿用动力送风湿式防尘口罩的结构、原理,设计等内容,为矿山尘肺病的预防提供了一种新思路。

Silicosis is a potential killer to most coal miners health, whatmore, the incidence of silicosis in China is more serious. To wear dust respirators reasonably can be effective in preventing the occurrence of coal silicosis, however,the traditional self-inhalation filtertype dust respirators having a high breathing resistance rate, people will have a sense of suffocation. In order to solve the drawbacks of traditional dust respirators, the idear to water the mine dust air is proposed. Introduced the structure, principle,design of the mine powered wet dust respirator,and providing a new way for the prevention of silicosis in coal mine.
