为了简化电路,实现信号的稳定高效传输,消除安全隐患,提出了一种基于CAN总线的掘进机安全保护系统,该系统能够对掘进机各种所需物理参数进行实时监测,通过CAN总线通讯技术结合各类传感器、嵌入式、信号采集及液晶显示等技术对掘进机的相关参数进行采集、传输、显示、分析,并把数据存储到IC卡上,同时根据数据判断机器的状况,做出相应的反应。
為瞭簡化電路,實現信號的穩定高效傳輸,消除安全隱患,提齣瞭一種基于CAN總線的掘進機安全保護繫統,該繫統能夠對掘進機各種所需物理參數進行實時鑑測,通過CAN總線通訊技術結閤各類傳感器、嵌入式、信號採集及液晶顯示等技術對掘進機的相關參數進行採集、傳輸、顯示、分析,併把數據存儲到IC卡上,同時根據數據判斷機器的狀況,做齣相應的反應。

In order to simplify the circuit to achieve stable and efficient transmission of signals to eliminate security risks, proposed a security system of boring machine based on CAN bus, the system is able to various needed physical parameters for real-time monitoring, via CAN bus communication technology combined with various types of sensors, embedded, signal acquisition and LCD technologies relevant parameters boring machine collection, transmission, display, analysis, and the data stored on the IC card, while according to the data to determine the status of the machine, making the appropriate reaction.
