以单片机为控制核心,结合无线收发模块nRF24L01、DS18B20温度传感器及LM1602液晶显示屏设计了温度无线传输系统。首先在Proteus软件平台下设计了系统的电路原理图并焊接了实际电路。然后在Keil软件平台下设计了系统程序。最后对系统进行了联调,结果表明:在30 m范围内,系统可准确地实现温度的无线监控,解决了储煤仓测温线路敷设困难和温度读数不便的难题。

The temperature wireless monitoring system is designed. The system hardware is composed of single chip computer, wireless module nRF24L01, temperature sensor DS18B20, liquid crystal display LM1602. The circuit schematic diagram is designed in the software Proteus platform, and the practical circuit is welded. The program is designed in the software Keil platform. Finally, the whole system is debugged, returns shows temperature can be monitored without wire within 30 meters. The difficult problem is solved, which to lay wire and read temperature value of coal bunker is not convenient.
