为解决矿用甲烷便携仪充电触点易氧化、松动,及其人工标校浪费大量人工投入的问题,提出将电磁耦合技术及智能标校技术应用于矿用甲烷便携仪,探索了电磁感应电磁耦合效率与线圈大小、形状、充电距离间的关系,得出电磁耦合的高效化方法,并通过试验验证能量传输效率可达70%左右;探索一种基于红外通信的智能标校方案,实现对便携仪的智能标校,具有延长矿用甲烷便携仪电池使用寿命,为矿井节省大量人工标校投入的巨大优势。

To solve the problems of charging contacts easily oxidized or loosened and calibration labor inputs wasted of methane portable instrument, the electromagnetic coupling technology and intelligent calibration technology were proposed to applied in mine methane portable instrument,the relationship between electromagnetic inductive electromagnetic coupling efficiency and the coil size, shape, charging distance was explored, which obtained 70% energy transfer efficiency verified by experiments; an intelligent calibration scheme based on infrared communication was explored to achieve intelligent calibration in methane portable instrument,with huge advantages of extending battery life and saving calibration labor inputs in methane portable instrument used in mine.
