论述了临涣选煤厂现行采用的煤泥重介工艺流程。通过对入选原煤-0.5 mm粒级筛分产率及灰分的分析,指出在对各粒级在分选时应注意的问题;通过分析SMC350煤泥重介旋流器单机检测的数据,表明煤泥重介旋流器对0.5~0.075 mm粒级具有较好的分选效率,降低了-0.075 mm粒级在溢流中的灰分,减少了进入浮选系统的高灰细泥含量。但也对0.5~0.25 mm粒级物料进行了重复分选。且使一部分合格产品进入了中煤系统,未能进入浮选系统进行有效分选,降低了浮选精煤产率。

Coal slime separated by dense medium process flow now used by Linhuan coal preparation plant is expounded in detail. Through analyzing of the screening production rate and ash content of-0.5 mm graded of the feed coal, pointing out problems should be paid attention to in separation process of each particle size;to analyze the data detected from SMC350 slime dense medium cyclone standalone, showing that the coal slime dense medium cyclone has good separation efficiency to particle size ranges 0.5~0.075 mm, reducing the ash contend of the-0.075 mm graded in overflow and the high ash content of fine clay in floatation system.Repeat sorting is conducted to particle size ranges 0.5~0.25 mm. Part of the qualified products also failed to enter the effective separate system, but enter the middings system, which reduces the cleaned coal yield.
