实验利用高温溶剂萃取法对洗油在煤有机溶剂萃取中的机理及相应的工艺条件进行探究。实验发现,洗油对中等煤化程度的煤的萃取率较高,工业洗油中添加极性的、芳香性的及具有授受氢能力的溶剂时,萃取率可以有不同程度的提高,而添加链状的、非极性及醇类溶剂对洗油的萃取效果出现抑制作用;红外光谱分析发现,有机溶剂萃取对煤有很好的脱灰、脱氧及脱杂质元素的作用。

The process of high-temperature wash oil solvent extraction of coal was used for studying the mechanism of organic solvent extraction of coal and the corresponding process conditions. It was found that the high extraction rate can be get when wash oil extract the medium degree of coal. When adding polar, aromatic and having the ability to give and accept hydrogen solvent in wash oil the extraction rate can have different degrees of increase, while adding chain, non-polar solvents and alcohols have the inhibition effect of the extraction rate; The study of infrared spectroscopy found that organic solvent extraction of coal has good effect of deashing, deoxidizing and taking off the impurity elements.
