浮选柱系统是一个集气体、液体、固体的三相流体系,是一个复杂的动态过程。鉴于对其要求的日益提高与控制困难的矛盾现状,以旋流-静态微泡浮选柱为研究对象,考虑上级入料缓冲罐,建立了系统的模型,并进行了仿真研究,结果表明所建模型能够反映系统实际情况。针对液位不稳定这一问题,研究了PID控制和广义预测控制方法,并分析了仿真的结果,证明这2种控制方法的可行性及其在控制效果上的优越性。
浮選柱繫統是一箇集氣體、液體、固體的三相流體繫,是一箇複雜的動態過程。鑒于對其要求的日益提高與控製睏難的矛盾現狀,以鏇流-靜態微泡浮選柱為研究對象,攷慮上級入料緩遲罐,建立瞭繫統的模型,併進行瞭倣真研究,結果錶明所建模型能夠反映繫統實際情況。針對液位不穩定這一問題,研究瞭PID控製和廣義預測控製方法,併分析瞭倣真的結果,證明這2種控製方法的可行性及其在控製效果上的優越性。

Flotation column system is a collection of gas,liquid and solid three phase flow system, is a complex dynamic process. In view of the increasing requirements and difficult control contradictions of the status quo. By cyclonic-static micro-bubble flotation column as the research object,considering superior feeding buffer tank and establishing the smodel of the system.Besides, a simulation study was carried out. The result shows that the model can reflect the actual situation of the system. According to the level of instability of this issue, studing the PID control and the generalized predictive control method, the simulation results were analyzed to prove the feasibility of two kinds of control methods and their advantages in control effect.
