Teaching mode of industry- university- research is a effective way to cultivate application- oriented talents of pharmacy. In view of this,talent training mode has be changed in the pharmcy college of Guilin Medical University,carried out the teaching mode of industry- university- research from three different levels,in order to promote the teaching and improve the quality of pharmaceutical talents.
