It is a most important method to examine the plan implementation effect by carrying out evaluation of implementa-tion effect in the ecological city construction planning.Taking Fuzhou ecological city construction planning as the object, this pa-per discussed the principle and technology route of ecological city construction planning implementation evaluation, reviewed the planning implementation advance, evaluated the main measurements, index system, and key projects of the implementation of planning, made the diagram of evaluation effect, analyzed the main problems of planning implementation.Some suggestions on plan implementation were put forward.
