在对煤矸石矿石性质分析的基础上,采用摇床和浮选对煤矸石中的黄铁矿进行了可选性试验研究。结果表明,当磨矿至-0.074 mm占60.00%,采用摇床粗选、中矿再选的工艺流程,可以得到品位36.70%,回收率51.90%的硫精矿。浮选试验采用石灰为抑制剂,硫酸为pH调整剂,硫酸铜为活化剂,丁基黄药为捕收剂,2#油为起泡剂,经浮选预先处理、1次粗选、2次精选的浮选闭路实验流程后,最终获得了硫分39.67%,回收率82.50%的硫精矿。

Based on the analysis of coal gangue properties ,shaking table and flotation method were carried out to recover pyrite from coal gangue. The test results show that the grade of sulfur concentrate is 36.70%, the recovery is 51.90 % with the flow sheet of roughing and reflotation only with shaking table and the grinding fineness of -0.074 mm 60.00%. And flotation test results show final grade of sulfur concentrate is 39.67%, the recovery is 82.50%with the flow-sheet could obtain the sulfur which is pre processing-once rough separation-two times cleaning separation with conditions of lime as inhibitor, sulfuric acid as pH adjusting agent, copper sulfate as the activating agent, butyl xanthate as the collector for pyrite, 2# oil as the foaming agent.
