针对榨菜废水高盐度、高有机物浓度的特点,使用UASB厌氧反应器对该废水进行处理,考察了进水盐度和pH值、接种污泥、处理负荷和反应器内温度、碱度、氧化还原电位等因素对COD去除率的影响,通过对进水中上述因素的控制,发现UASB反应器的COD去除率可以达到45%.在有机负荷不超过15.0 kgCOD/(m3 ·d)的情况下逐渐提高负荷培养颗粒化污泥、盐度不超过46.0 g/L条件下逐渐提高进水盐度以驯化和培养耐盐、嗜盐微生物,是UASB反应器高效运行的关键.运行后期,耐盐微生物出现在颗粒污泥中.
針對榨菜廢水高鹽度、高有機物濃度的特點,使用UASB厭氧反應器對該廢水進行處理,攷察瞭進水鹽度和pH值、接種汙泥、處理負荷和反應器內溫度、堿度、氧化還原電位等因素對COD去除率的影響,通過對進水中上述因素的控製,髮現UASB反應器的COD去除率可以達到45%.在有機負荷不超過15.0 kgCOD/(m3 ·d)的情況下逐漸提高負荷培養顆粒化汙泥、鹽度不超過46.0 g/L條件下逐漸提高進水鹽度以馴化和培養耐鹽、嗜鹽微生物,是UASB反應器高效運行的關鍵.運行後期,耐鹽微生物齣現在顆粒汙泥中.

This study uses Upflow Anaerobic Sludge Blanket( UASB) to deal with the wastewater from the pickle industry, in view of high salinity and high organic content of the water.UASB was affected by various parameters including influent salinity, pH value, sludge species, organic loading and temperature, alkalinity and ORP of the reactor.The COD removal ratio reached 45% by controlling above-mentioned parameters.One of the key of the high efficiency operation was to culture granular sludge by gradually increasing the organic loading, which should not higher than 15.0 kgCOD/( m3 ·d); the other was to domesticate and cultivate halophiles by gradually increasing the influent salinity which should not be higher than 46.0 g/L.halophile has ap-peared in granular sludge.
