目的:通过对中草药治疗慢病的现状分析,进一步提出中草药在慢病治疗中的重要性.提高居民对中草药治疗慢病的认识.并对治疗中存在的问题进行探讨.方法:针对我中心从2012~2013年度使用中草药治疗慢病的处方的数量、金额、患者年龄等因素进行列表分析,并筛查出其中不合理的处方,做进一步分析,提出改进的建议.结果:2012~2013年四种慢性疾病对于中草药方剂接受程度有着较大提升,其中高血压,其增长达到了68.7%;糖尿病增长幅度达到了35.4%,脑卒中和冠心病的增长程度较为和缓,四种慢性疾病患者对于中草药的服用呈现出增长的态势.结论:社区慢性疾病患者对于中草药的接受程度逐渐提高,而中医药的治疗优势弥补了西医对于慢性疾病治疗的不足,为社区中医药治疗慢病提供依据,弥补慢病治疗中的不足.

Objective: Through the status analysis of Chinese herbal medicine in treating chronic diseases, this study emphasizes the importance of Chinese herbal medicine in treating chronic diseasesand aims to raise the public's awareness of Chinese herbal medicinein treating chronic diseases. The problems regarding the diagnosis and treatment were also discussed.Methods: The use of Chinese herbal medicine for the treatment of chronic diseases, the number, amount, patient's age and other factors for the list in our center from 2012 to 2013 were analyzed. We also screen out the unreasonable prescriptions, do further analysis, put forward suggestions for improvement. Results: 2012~2013 four chronic diseases for Chinese herbal medicine accept degree has greatly improved, including hypertension, its growth reached 68.7%; diabetes growth rate reached 35.4%, the degree of coronary heart disease and stroke grow more gently, four kinds of chronic disease patients for herbal medicine taking showing a growth trend.Conclusion: Community chronic disease patients show a higher degree of the acceptance of traditional Chinese herbal medicine, and the treatment of Chinese medicine to make up for the lack of treatment of chronic diseases in Western medicine.
