针对东露天矿开采过程中,爆破钻孔下方存在大范围高温火区,使得钻孔无法装药的现状,分析了高温火区产生的原因,采用温度场反演方法指出最佳灭火介质灌注点,选择了适宜的灭火降温技术,成功将高温火区温度降低到60℃以下,为露天煤矿高温火区的治理提供了参考。

During East Open Pit mining process, there is a wide range of high temperature fire area beneath the blasting drilling, leading to the failure to charge dynamite. To solve this problem, the reasons of the high temperature fire zone generated was firstly analyzed, and then the best extinguishing medium perfusion point was proposed and pointed out based on the temperature field inversion method. The appropriate extinguishing cooling technology was selected. High temperature fire zone temperature was successfully lowered to below 60℃, providing a reference for controlling high temperature fire area in open pit mine.
