根据黑岱沟露天煤矿的转向方式及其与哈尔乌素露天煤矿的相对关系,提出了散体边坡安全评价的基本目标。从形成原因、胶结情况和力学参数等多个角度评价了散体边坡的基本特征,明确了散体边坡表层岩体力学参数较大,深层岩体力学参数较小的特点。对黑岱沟露天矿散体边坡的安全性进行了评价。
