目的：了解烟台市农村老年人高血压知晓率、治疗率和控制率的现状及其影响因素。方法多阶段分层随机整群抽烟台市14区市（县）农村老年人4200名，纳入912例高血压患者进行问卷调查和体格检查并进行统计分析。结果烟台市农村老年人高血压知晓率、治疗率、控制率和总控制率分别为76．86％、65．35％、44．97％和29．39％。多因素 Logistic 回归分析结果显示，高血压知晓率的影响因素为性别、体重指数（ BMI）、饮酒、吸烟、高血压家族史和体力活动；治疗率的影响因素为月收入、职业类型、饮酒、高血压家族史和体力活动；控制率的影响因素为饮酒和体力活动。结论烟台市农村老年人高血压知晓率、治疗率和控制率有待进一步提高，需要结合发病的危险因素开展有效的预防和控制措施。

Objective To get knowledge of the awareness,treatment and control rates of hypertension of rural elderly people in Yan-tai,and the influence factors.Methods Taking the method of Multistage stratified random cluster sampling,a research of 14 districts'rural elderly 4 200 in Yantai were made,considering 912 hypertensive patients to do the questionnaire interview and physical examination and sta-tistic analysis.Multiple logistic regressions were used to examine socio-demographic factors associated with the levels of awareness,treatment and control of hypertension.Results Hypertension awareness,treatment,control rate and total control were 76.86%,65.35%,44.97%,29. 39%respectively in rural area of Yantai.The main effect factors on the rates of hypertension awareness were gender,BMI,drinking,smoking, family history of hypertension and physical activities.The rates of treatment were associated with monthly income,occupational type,drinking, family history of hypertension and physical activities,and the rates of control were drinking and physical activities.Conclusions The rates of hypertension awareness,treatment and control are expected to be improved in rural areas of Yantai.The effective preventive and control strate-gies should be concentrated on the influence factors of the disease.
